Nationals jerseys
The Washington Nationals’ name originated from two former Washington baseball teams who held the same name. They were nicknamed “the Nats”. The Washington Nationals is an American professional baseball team based in D.C. The team is a member of the Eastern Division of Major League Baseballs’ National League. The team’s current home is the newly-built National Park where they moved in 2008.
The new park is located in Southeast D.C. near the Anacostia River and with great views of the Capitol. Often, fans are seen wearing Nationals jerseys during live games. Nationals’ telecasts are mainly shown on Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) although a handful of games are also simulcast on WDCW, DC50. The flagship radio station, on the other hand, is WFED, Federal News Radio.
